IQVIA is a leading global information and technology services company providing clients in the healthcare industry with comprehensive solutions to measure and improve their performance.

A major part of our business is providing healthcare data to our clients via business intelligence solutions and providing clients with insights and ongoing support. We are looking for an experienced **Production Manager **to help grow and evolve our existing team of analysts (located both on-shore and off-shore). Key areas of responsibility are to manage the accurate and on time delivery of Sales Data Offerings, focusing primarily on processing and quality control of supplier data.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of Production deliverables.
- Build a strong technical team able to proactively address supplier data issues and manage incidents related to the regular processing tasks.
- Establish an efficient incident management workflow based on agreed SLAs
- Optimize current processes; Design and lead projects to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the team
- Provide UAT sign off for developments affecting the processing workflow.
- Manage workload and priority of incoming requests, incidents and problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Clearly communicate the processing status to downstream teams as required.
- Create a professional and high performing team culture.
- Identify and escalate relevant issues in a prompt and effective manner.

**Competencies**:

- Technical proficiency in SQL, python.
- Strong attention to detail
- Critical thinking and judgement to determine the seriousness and implications of issues/incidents.
- Troubleshooting skills - ability to follow logical steps to identify the root cause of an issue and identify the best fix.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong team management and coaching abilities
- High levels of initiative and ability to multitask

**Experience / Qualifications**:

- At least **3-5 years of experience **managing a data cleaning/processing team, with focus on technology solutions
- Practical experience with **SQL **and** python.**:

- Experience managing a combined onshore and offshore team.
- Experience of working with healthcare and pharmaceutical data assets is an advantage
- ** Degree qualified **in a relevant IT/Technical/Scientific discipline from a reputable University
