Manager, Product Management - Digital

Join Our Digital Product Team:
Be a key contributor to the Digital Product Team, focusing on the commercialisation of industry-standard e-commerce checkout solutions through Tokenization and Click to Pay. Your role will be pivotal in shaping and scaling products that revolutionise the guest checkout experience, benefiting consumers, merchants, and issuers alike.

Role:

- Lead end-to-end product ownership within the market, with a primary focus on enabling acceptance for MDES, Token Connect, and Click to Pay.
- Develop and execute a robust go-to-market strategy, emphasising strategic scaling, efficient delivery, and exceptional customer experiences.
- Oversee issuer and acceptance pipeline/readiness for supporting MDES and Secure Remote Commerce, including managing market announcements and mandate enforcement.
- Conduct internal presentations, including reporting to senior stakeholders, providing product training, and delivering key updates.
- Deliver external presentations such as sales pitches, implementation overviews, proposals, and business case development.
- Cultivate strong working relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders to achieve product objectives.
- Engage in business dialogues with key decision-makers both internally and externally.
- Monitor product performance and collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance digitisation and approval rates.
- Support and actively participate in post-launch reviews, ensuring that feedback is integrated into feature enhancements.

All About You:

- Enthusiastic and knowledgeable about technology, innovation, payments, and digital commerce.
- Experienced in product management, development, or ownership as well as a proficient understanding of the payments landscape, with a preference for backgrounds in technology, acceptance, digital, or acquirer roles, and a strong focus on business needs.
- Relevant experience in the digital payments’ realm, ideally including work with Digital Wallets and online guest checkout solutions, is favourable. Familiarity with retailers, payment service providers, payment gateways, or commerce platforms is a plus.
- Versatile, with a history of supporting teams across diverse product lines, technologies, and industries, demonstrating deep expertise in at least one domain, technology, or industry.
- Effective communication skills to engage with business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring alignment and adherence to plans and standards. Strong presentation and communication abilities, displaying confidence in addressing both internal and external stakeholders.
- Skilled in handling and interpreting data, conveying observations, findings, and preliminary insights.
- Highly organised and capable of managing multiple competing priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in using product management tools, such as creating market and product plans, developing project timelines, conducting marketing research, establishing pricing strategies, and formulating business cases, is advantageous.
- A technical background, such as a degree in Computer Science or a related field, would be a bonus.
