**About the company**:
This organisation, based on the city fridge, has a key purpose and goal to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of medical services for patients. You will play a key position in leading two key projects for the Workforce Development team, you will have high level project officer skills with a knowledge of the education and healthcare system and focus on client outcomes.

**Your key responsibilities include**:

- Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of Commissioning Training Curriculum Project
- Ensure industry best practice and professional learning into all training design strategies and initiatives
- Create engaging learning activities and content that enhances retention and transfer of learning and executes business deliverables
- Coordinate and manage internal and external project plans, actions & project risk administration activities
- Participate in the development of a safe and healthy workplaces

**About you**:

- Cert IV in Training & Assessment or tertiary qualification in a relevant field is preferred
- Qualifications in Information Technology & Project Management or equivalent knowledge will be highly regarded A working knowledge of healthcare systems, nursing, general practice or commissioning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication including report writing and presenting
- Experience in creating e-learning materials and digital development tools.
- A positive and proactive approach to work
- Proficient in MS Office suites
- Ability to work cross-functionally and think critically and strategically.
