**Join Our Team as an HRIS Systems Specialist**

We’re looking for a talented and driven HR Systems Specialist to enable and enhance our HR operations through system optimisation, automation, and process improvement. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Optimise SAP SuccessFactors to improve user experience and streamline HR processes.
- Implement automation to reduce manual workloads across HR functions.
- Integrate HR systems with third-party providers for compliance and recruitment checks.
- Conduct process mapping and identify opportunities for system enhancements.
- Develop reporting tools and deliver meaningful insights to enable decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide assistance and training for system users.
- Ensure compliance and data integrity through efficient tracking and verification processes.

**About You**:

- Extensive experience in HR systems management, particularly SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong technical proficiency, including system configuration and integration.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Thoughtful mindset with experience in HR data reporting and insights.
- Knowledge of compliance-related activities and system-based solutions.
- A passion for innovation and driving efficiency through technology.
