You’ll be a vital link between our sales team and customers ensuring seamless communication, support and outstanding service.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Nurture and support** key and contract accounts.
- ** Support both sales and engineering team** by preparing/ supporting technical and project quotes, processing orders and coordinating follow ups.
- ** Handling client enquires**, resolving issues and ensuring timely delivery of solutions
- ** Collaborating with internal teams** to meet and exceed customer expectations.

**Who are you**:

- **Strong communication** and organiations skills
- ** Prior experience** in sales, administration, account management or in a similar role.
- ** A customer focused mindset** with a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Previous experience working with specialised industrial products. A Hose and Fittings, Bearings or Power Transmission background is **highly desirable.**:

- ** Computer literate** and a good grasp of CRM systems understanding of Microsoft tools.
- Knowledge of SAP ARIBA Business Network is advantageous** but not essential.**
