**About the company**
A dairy manufacturing company based in Geelong who are experiencing year on year growth are looking for an experienced QA officer to join their team. An excellent chance to collaborate with cutting-edge equipment in the production of premium niche products not yet found in the Australian market.

**About the role**
As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment while monitoring and ensuring adherence to quality standards throughout the production process. You will work closely within a tight knit team to check quality standards of raw materials to final product release.

To be successful in this position you will have a high attention to detail and the ability to develop relationships with the wider team to drive quality culture, with an aim to educate and improve quality systems that are in place.

**Skills and experience**
- Background in a quality function within dairy or food preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience within Quality Assurance.
- High attention to detail essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills.
- Leadership skills with demonstrated ability to achieve results.
- Good record keeping, administration and computer skills.
- Ability to work well individually or in a team environment.
