Financial Analyst - Billing to Cash Transformation Project for leading Healthcare provider

**The Company**

Due to ongoing strategic programs aimed at transforming operations and optimising efficiencies within our client, we are building a team of Business Transformation Consultants to support our existing Strategic Transformation team. This team will act as the delivery and execution team on an overarching Integration Transformation, finding value in post-merger activities across people, processes and technology.

Our client is looking for a Financial Analyst to join the transformation team for a 9-month contract.

**The Role**

As we examine various facets of the clinical operations, ranging from workforce planning and management to corporate processes across Procure to Pay, Billing to Cash and Technology uplift, there is a significant opportunity to analyse operational and financial data.

The Financial Analyst will facilitate the analysis and insights of the strategic program and duties will include but are not limited to:

- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to evaluate current operational performance and identify key financial metrics relevant to transformation goals
- Providing financial insights and analysis on benefit realisation across the integration program, tracking key milestones and performance indicators against forecast and providing commentary through presentations to the steering committee
- Managing project spend budgets across the integration program with project analysis and actuals vs forecast.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse on-site and network activities, understanding business processes and challenges to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
- Provide strategic financial guidance and support to business leaders, tailoring financial solutions to their needs and ensuring alignment with transformation goals.
- Deliver clear and concise financial reports to stakeholders, communicating complex information in an easily understandable manner, and providing regular updates on financial performance and transformation progress.
- Identify potential financial risks associated with transformation initiatives and collaborate on developing mitigation strategies to address these risks.
- Utilise strong financial and analytical skills to evaluate the impact of proposed changes and ensure financial considerations are integrated into transformation initiatives.
- Work with project teams to ensure that operational considerations are appropriately factored into transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, actively contributing to decision-making processes and ensuring financial risks are considered.

**Your Profile**

This project opportunity would suit someone who has worked in transformational environments and has strong experience in providing analytical advice and strategic problem-solving in highly laborious industries with strong bricks and mortar or site-based networks (Health, Retail, Manufacturing, Engineering, Professional Services etc.). This person will have appropriate experience in adapting quickly to change and partnering with non-finance stakeholders.
