**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the team.
- Manage office supplies and organize office operations.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum bachelor's degree in business, management, or in a related field that equivalent to the bachelor’s degree.
- Ability to work initially part-time (5 days per fortnight)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite along with MS-Excel and Power Point.
- Willingness to learn and ability to follow the instructions.
- Experience in an administrative role.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Experience with NDIS field is highly desirable.

**Schedule**:
Work/Life Balance - Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm

Reliably commute or planning to relocate (if from interstate) before starting work (required)

**Education**:
Bachelor's Degree or higher.

**Experience**:

- NDIS: 1 year (preferred)
- Language: English (required)
- Work Authorisation: Australia (required)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: From $28.18 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 19 per week
