**About the Role**
We are currently seeking to appoint a Tenancy Support Officer with a leading NSW Government agency to provide administrative support to support the Tenancy Services Branch

Key accountabilities include:

- Provide assistance in the administration of lease arrangements for all properties in portfolio and assist in the preparation of lease documentation for properties
- Support Tenancy Services Officers to calculate financial charges and manage financial transactions for tenancies including establishing rental payments via salary deduction, processing rental variations as they arise, lodging and reconciling bond payments, and initiating recovery of arrears payments
- Develop an understanding of the Housing Services business including the unique environment in which Housing Services operates in order to provide accommodation to teachers and police who choose to live and work in rural and remote NSW
- Act as a point of contact via phone for all general enquiries and provide high level administrative support to the Tenancy Services team as required.
