**About Southern Seas Marine**: Southern Seas Marine, a distinguished importer and distributor of marine hardware and equipment, is seeking a passionate and driven sales administrator to join our expanding team. Located at the Gold Coast City Marina in Coomera, we take pride in providing top-notch products and services to our valued customers.

**Role Overview**: As a Sales administrator, you will play a pivotal role within our dynamic office sales team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, processing orders, offering technical advice and support, generating and following up leads, preparing shipments, and ensuring efficient order fulfillment. This is a full-time, office-based position, and the role requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a passion for the marine industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Take customer calls and provide excellent service
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Offer technical advice and support for sales and after-sales service
- Actively generate and follow up on leads
- Prepare shipments for dispatch
- Manage order fulfillment, including ordering and restocking
- Conduct product sourcing as needed

**Requirements**:

- Passion for sailing/boating
- Well-presented, self-motivated, and enthusiastic
- Punctual and committed to delivering high-quality service
- Previous sales experience, particularly in the marine industry
- Sailing experience is advantageous
- Technical aptitude for customer support
- Valid driver's license
- Computer literate, with knowledge of Tall Emu CRM being highly beneficial

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
