We are seeking a passionate and experienced Mortgage Broker to join our dynamic team. In this salaried role, you’ll play a pivotal part in guiding clients through their mortgage journey, turning warm leads into successful deals. With leads provided and a supportive team behind you, you’ll have the tools and resources to excel in a flexible, hybrid work environment.

**Your Role**:
As a Mortgage Broker, you will:

- Convert warm leads into successful mortgage deals.
- Understand clients’ financial goals and recommend tailored lending solutions.
- Structure deals and navigate banking policies to align with client needs.
- Provide exceptional end-to-end service, from legal disclosures to paperwork assistance.
- Build lasting relationships with clients and collaborate with referral partners.
- Work closely with the loan processing team to ensure a seamless experience.
- Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up-to-date with lender guidelines and products.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- A Diploma or Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Brokering (or equivalent).
- At least 2 years of experience in the finance or banking industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A self-starter with a proven ability to meet targets and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in using computer systems.
