**About the Role**:
This 2-year fixed term role, Reporting to Manager Information Compliance is a pivotal role within the Data and Business Intelligence Team. As the Information Compliance Advisor, you will be responsible for support the ongoing Information Management Framework and operational delivery of compliance related activities, with consideration of meeting information compliance requirements throughout the business.
- Support the design and delivery of the Information Management Framework, including standards and procedures guiding lifecycle management, Access, Creation, Retention and Disposal.
- Lead ongoing monitoring of regulatory and compliance obligations, including the Victorian Protective Data Security Framework (VPDSF) and the Public Records Office of Victoria (PROV).
- Develop and execute a program of awareness and training for the Controlled Documents process ensuring compliance with ISO Standards.
- Own and Lead security consideration including security value assessments, permission models for the Information Sharing program and the management of third parties with respect to information.
- Ensure compliance expectations are designed and managed within platforms, including protocols expected from the Public Records Office of Victoria (PROV) and the Office of the Victorian Information Commissioner (OVIC)

- Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate with, and engage with all levels of the business
- Appropriate qualification or extensive industry experience within the Information Compliance/Management field
- Demonstrable work experience in all elements of Records Management lifecycle
- Ability to think creatively, meet tight deadlines and manage competing priorities
- Strong written and oral skills
