**Your New Role**
Due to growth within the practice, our client is seeking to employ an experienced lawyer to work within the IP/IT practice across 3 partners.

Your role is diverse in nature and encompasses QITC and GITC procurement matters, telecommunications regulatory matters, trademarks, cloud technology and data protection as well as payments and financial services including advising on payment services for mobile payments and merchant acquiring.

**Your Skills Profile**
- 3+ years PAE (Associate to Special Counsel level) in IP/T law;
- Good technical capability;
- Interest in developing skills;
- Strong client service skills; and
- Self-motivated and hardworking.
