**The Role**
We are looking for a passionate **Speech Allied Health Assistant (AHA)** to join our team. You will work closely with Speech Pathologists to support clients in achieving their therapy goals, both in-clinic and within community settings. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and adults
**Key Responsibilities**
- Implement one-on-one and group therapy programs under the supervision of a Speech Pathologist
- Assist with the preparation of therapy materials and activities
- Support clients with communication strategies in home, school, and community settings
- Document client progress and provide feedback to the Speech Pathologist
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other allied health professionals
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to NDIS compliance standards
**About You**
- Completed a **Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology, Health Sciences, or a related field** OR currently enrolled in a **Master’s program in Speech Pathology**:
- Experience working with individuals with communication or swallowing difficulties is desirable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for making a difference in clients’ lives
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children's Check
- Speech Pathology Australia Membership
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per year
