**About the role**:
Our bustling bakery warehouse is looking for a Duty Manager-Packing to oversee daily packing activities, maintain quality standards and support our growing business.

We are a fast growing artisan sourdough bread and pastry producer located in Airport West.

With the addition of our new retail arm Backhaus Foodstore launching early 2025, we are on the hunt for some more crew to join our team.

Duty Manager experience preferred, a positive outlook, a good work ethic and a calm temperament is a must.

A typical fortnight includes six evening shifts (4pm to 9 pm), inclusive of one weekend, offering a balanced schedule with room for flexibility.

Hourly award rates paid, with salary also offered under negotiation based on experience and qualifications.
