**Your new role**

Our Sydney office is looking for a Technical Support Team Leader to join our IT team.

As a Technical Support Team Leader your role is to provide technical support to an enterprise level user base whilst making sure service level obligations are adhered to.

You will also be responsible for leading a team’s objectives and expectations around KPIs, training staff, providing real-time feedback and support as well as holding team members accountable.

You will also be responsible for service delivery outcomes throughout the user journey whilst monitoring continuous user satisfaction levels through consistent improvement initiatives. Due to the nature of the role, you will also have a strong technical background in order to act as the technical escalation point for your team.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role you will have experience in a similar position in addition to:

- A strong knowledge of IT Systems and processes
- Experience with incident management
- Experience managing a team
- Willing to work flexible hours to allow for communication with Group in the UK
- Able to explain complex ideas in plain language
- Able to liaise with various departments and employees at all levels of the business
