REES Electrical is an Industry Leader in Sportsfield Lighting. We are a well-established, medium-sized Electrical and Civil Construction Company who complete Projects for many of Australia’s leading construction brands and Government organisations.

**The Role**:
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Officer / Administration Assistant to support both the Bookkeeper and the Human Resources Manager, working from our Hornsby based Office. This is a permanent, full-time role working 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

This role is suited to someone who is looking for variety in their day and to be involved in multiple facets of business operations. Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

- Overseeing the Accounts Receivable function
- Processing supplier invoices
- Creating and issuing invoices and purchase orders to clients
- Providing administrative support to the HR Manager
- Ensuring documentation in various HR / WHS systems is maintained
- Purchasing of supplies
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

**Required experience**:

- Previous experience in an Accounts Officer role including Xero Accounting Software
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word etc.)
- Knowledge of AroFlo software is not essential, but highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and work ethic
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills and professional presentation
