Our Finance team is on a mission to find a driven and detail orientated Accounts Payable Officer This role is responsible for the provision of high-quality accounts administration and accounting support, including the timely and accurate recording of accounts payable invoices, processing supplier payments and daily bank reconciliation.

**So, what goes in to making that happen?**
- Coding and processing of invoices
- Preparing and arranging payment to suppliers
- Processing of shipping documents using purchase orders
- Meticulously checking accuracy and details of invoices
- Internal and external liaison with suppliers/vendors, ensuring clear and timely communication is exercised
- Maintaining records and supply of petty cash
- Processing EFT and BPAY payments
- Processing cash and corporate credit card expenses
- Maintaining filing and archiving system
- Answering incoming calls and provides routine information in response to inquiries.
- Maintain a process improvement and efficiency mindset, discussing opportunities for development as they arise

- Experience in an Accounting or Finance environment, with aptitude in maintaining financial records
- A working knowledge of SAP and VIM is highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Intermediate Excel and IT skill set
- Superior attention to detail
- Demonstrated organisational skills and ability to determine and execute daily priorities
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of the team in a busy, deadline driven environment
- Ability to deal with confidential information in a professional manner
- Strong interpersonal skills with the natural ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship within team and wider business
