Reporting to the Finance Manager, Duties are:

- Efficiently process invoices with accuracy and timeliness, showcasing your expertise in managing financial transactions flawlessly.
- Take charge of vendor accounts, establishing and maintaining strong partnerships with our suppliers to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Champion compliance by following appropriate authorisation procedures, aligning with the highest standards of financial integrity.
- Be a problem-solving pro as you handle queries related to invoices, leaving no stone unturned to find optimal solutions.
- Navigate financial data with precision, ensuring correct coding and allocation to relevant cost centres.
- Maintain financial harmony by performing monthly supplier statement reconciliations, keeping our records accurate and up-to-date.
- Play a vital role in our financial insights and decision-making process by assisting with financial reporting.
- Provide stakeholders with accurate and timely data upon request, ensuring everyone is well-informed for better decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers in relation to invoices, working together to achieve financial success.
- Foster a supportive and collaborative environment by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Bring 2-3 years of relevant Accounts Payable experience in a similar role, demonstrating your capability to tackle new challenges in the financial realm.
- Exhibit strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel), and experience with Microsoft Dynamics, to efficiently handle financial data and reporting.
- Showcase an understanding of basic accounting principles and experience with reconciliation, allowing you to navigate the financial landscape with ease.
- Demonstrate sound organisational and time management skills, ensuring tasks are prioritised and managed efficiently.
- Possess excellent attention to detail, leaving no room for errors in financial records and reports.
- Display exceptional communication skills, allowing you to effortlessly liaise with all stakeholders.
