SPICAE is a growing consulting business committed to delivering tangible, measurable, and sustainable performance improvements to clients throughout Australia and New Zealand.

We are looking for entry-level and senior consultants based in Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Perth, Adelaide, Auckland, and Wellington. For an entry-level position, candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of consulting or industry experience, while for the senior consulting role, 7 to 10 years are required. Experience in operational improvement, change management, and/or business analysis is advantageous. Managing teams would be highly regarded.

We seek individuals who are hands-on, engaging, and intelligent, with a track record of delivering successful outcomes that lead to tangible, measurable improvements, whether in consulting or in-house roles.

The ideal candidates will have experience and skills in:

  • Utilities, Government, and/or Mining sectors (preferred but not essential)
  • Managing multiple deliverables and teams
  • Process re-engineering and implementation of improvements
  • Development and implementation of management operating systems
  • Behavioral change management
  • Effective communication at all organizational levels
  • Degree-level tertiary qualifications
  • For senior roles, a proven track record of successful project leadership

These are 3 to 6-month contract positions with potential for full-time employment and ongoing engagement. These roles offer opportunities to expand your experience in operational improvement and project management.

This role requires working 5 days/week onsite at the client's premises. Some flexibility is available, but this is not a hybrid role. Interstate and international travel may be required.
