**Position Overview**:
The Records Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient management of organisational records. This includes the design, implementation, and administration of records systems, policies, and procedures to support effective access, storage, and disposal of records. The Records Manager is also responsible for coordinating Freedom of Information responses, carrying out daily administrative activities, and enhancing document management practices across the organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, implement, and administer record systems, policies, and procedures to support efficient record-keeping, including access, movement, updating, storage, retention, and disposal.
- Coordinate and manage Freedom of Information responses.
- Oversee daily administrative activities and financial reporting.
- Ensure effective and consistent document management and information management practices across the organisation.
- Ensure the secure use of records management systems.
- Continuously improve operational practices associated with document and records management.
- Implement human resource policies related to records management.
- Identify and implement cost-effective records and information management improvement initiatives, including training programs and monitoring costs.
- Support the delivery of quality training in accordance with RTO and relevant legislative requirements, if required.
- Coordinate enrolment, participant support, and administrative activities within the RTO in accordance with legislative and RTO requirements, if required.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all Edway stakeholders.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- At least 2 years of experience in the Records Management field.
- Appropriate degree, diploma, or other post-secondary qualification in records management, information management, or related fields.
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Capacity to contribute to effective team outcomes and work collaboratively.
- Ability to use initiative and work under broad direction to complete tasks and solve problems.
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in developing policies and procedures.
- Experience in administration and customer service.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
