We are currently seeking a diligent Personal Assistant to support our executive team, ensuring a streamlined operational flow.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements with a high degree of professionalism.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, acting as a reliable point of contact between executives and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, adhering to our agency's high-quality standards.
- Conduct research and provide administrative support as needed to assist in meeting the agency's objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
