The Product Marketing team is in charge of designing the product’s roadmap, aligning with market requirements and those of our internal teams. In a software company like ours, Product Marketing plays a principal role, significantly and strategically impacting both the Development and Sales teams. In this role, you will play an important part in defining how our product is shaped and sold, as well as where it is heading.
Your challenges and objectives
- Develop in-depth understanding of HCM technology and the HR industry, including Avature’s competitors.
- Position Avature within the market and internally communicate its positionality.
- Guide product roadmap and design new solutions / product bundles for market needs.
- Provide the sales team with the knowledge and tools they need to be successful in selling our product.
Your day-to-day activities
- Create documentation for the Sales team to help them position the product appropriately.
- Conduct market research (i.e., by listening to podcasts and webinars, reading blogs, etc.) to gain competitive insights and understand customer needs.
- Create proposals for the roadmap and hold quarterly meetings with different stakeholders (including CEO) to define market analysis projects.
- Host webinars and presentations to position our solutions.
- Assist in defining pricing strategy.
- Configure the Avature platform for demos and create certification processes.
- Manage solution design: research the market, explain use cases, connect with teams to build it, configure it, and share it with the Sales team.
About you
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Proficient in English.
- Excellent presentation and writing skills.
- Knowledgeable about software (SaaS).
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Clear communicator and comfortable presenting to large audiences.
- Driven and self-sufficient.
- Systematic, analytical, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable with tight deadlines.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with programs like Balsamiq will be highly valued.
