Key Areas of Responsibility- Work with SR level Consultants to identify and propose the right delivery service solution, tools and methodology, based on real service delivery capability and Customer needs- Configuration and modification of software tools and monitoring agents based off customer needs- Assist with Lifecycle support of Customers implemented on Managed Services offers- Support optimization/improvement projects- Consult with the System Administration team and System Specialist in the analysis, resolution of service delivery issues, and implementations of change requests- Participate in the deployment of corporate tools, processes and procedures to optimize the performance of service delivery- No relocation assistance will be offered for this position.

Basic Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in CIS, MIS or related technical discipline- Ability to learn new programming concepts quickly and efficiently- Basic understanding of programming and database concepts- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Retail and Hospitality hardware experience a plus- Position requires occasional travel on a project basis only- Preferred Requirements and Fluent English- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite- Understanding of Project Management- Scripting in IOS, Linux, Android
