Barista/All-Rounder – Casual/Part-Time/Full-Time

We are a smaller café located in the lobby of a large office complex with a beautiful outdoor garden area.

About the Role:

As a café all-rounder, you will help with a variety of tasks to keep the café running smoothly.

Duties include:

  • Greet customers warmly, handle inquiries, and provide exceptional service to make every visit enjoyable.
  • Making coffee and basic drinks
  • Serving food and clearing tables
  • Keeping the café clean and tidy
  • Assisting the team where needed during busy periods
  • Preparing food, fresh sandwiches and light meals according to the cafe's menu, ensuring attention to detail and consistency in every order.

What we're looking for:

  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous café or customer service experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $25.00 – $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
