**About this role**
Do you find purpose in enabling sustainable and efficient operations? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Procurement Implementation Leader join our vibrant Australasia Procurement function where you will lead the implementation of strategic procurement initiatives including embedding sustainability fundamentals, practices, and technology enablement opportunities.

**What will I do?**
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to deliver procurement outcomes and support engagements to ensure sustainability opportunities are identified and optimised in our operations with agreed objectives continued and reported.
- Develop sustainable procurement framework and alignment to the new operating model including: onboarding criteria, a risk assessment and evaluation, commercial work instructions, supplier development program, tools and templates and work with legal in specifics T&Cs.
- Lead engagement across corporate, functions, project functions, go-to market, and supplier base to share sustainable procurement best practices and adherence to guidelines.
- Provide guidance and professional development across procurement to coordinators and all relevant stakeholders.
- Develop category strategies and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of best-in-class sustainable procurement criteria across all key categories.

**What will I bring?**
- 7-10 years relevant industry experience in procurement within a consulting business environment.
- Strong hands-on experience of implementing procurement initiatives and impacting positively on the performance of supply chains.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and how to reflect sustainable objectives.
- Proven experience in negotiations and supplier management.
- Strong project management skills with desired experience in procurement systems/ ERP rollouts.
