The opportunity:
We are currently in search for an experienced Procurements Operations Team Leader to join a high performing team here at AIA. Reporting to the Head of Procurement, this role will predominantly be responsible for managing procurement operations, compliance, and governance.

To do this successfully you will:

- Manage our end to end procurement operations functions, including working with the AIA offshore shared services function (located in Malaysia), to continue to bring efficiency to the procurement model
- Oversee procure-to-pay activities across the enterprise, including monitoring of purchase requests and purchase orders, as well as supporting and training users
- Oversee travel arrangements (including flights and hotels) with travel management company and ensure all data requirements are managed
- Support renewal of corporate insurance program and certification of insurance requirements
- Work closely with the Category management team to ensure a smooth end to end procurement process
- Any ad hoc tasks as directed by the management team
- Significant experience in procurement operations in a similar role
- Sound knowledge and experience with ARIBA, Concur and Corporate Travel systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- The ability to work autonomously with mínimal supervision
- Demonstrated high level of attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong prioritisation skills combined with an ability to multitask.
