About the Role:
As the Executive Services Officer, you will:
Provide high quality confidential administrative and executive support to the Executive Director.
Liaise with senior management, representatives of business units within the department and other government agencies to ensure the provision of high-quality administrative support functions.

Responsibilities Include:
As the Executive Services Officer you will:
Support the senior executive by coordinating high volumes of incoming and outgoing correspondence and responding to queries and requests for information;
Maintain a high level of accuracy in all correspondence and administrative documents while using use appropriate software programs, including Content Manager and OneNote;
Provide advice to the senior executives in the implementation and improvement of systems and processes; and
Coordinate travel arrangements, invoice payments, timesheet reconciliations and work alongside the broader Corporate Support Team.

Our ideal Executive Services Officer will have the following skills and attributes:
Outstanding skills in communication, customer service and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships;
High level skills in problem solving, prioritisation and managing competing demands in a timely manner;
Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in CM, OneNote, Excel and Alloc8; and
Flexibility and availability to meet the needs of the senior executive and the branch.
