**The Role**:
The purpose of this role is to provide strategic leadership and direction through the C&EX Continuous Improvement (pipeline and delivery) team to deliver key strategic, operational and regulatory initiatives and projects, within the C&EX division.

**Accountabilities**:

- Lead the C&EX Continuous Improvement team (pipeline and delivery) to deliver key strategic, operational and regulatory initiatives and projects.
- Ensure the program of work is delivered in line with appropriate oversight and governance, balanced with the need to retain agility and line management accountability.
- Engage and collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure clear prioritisation and understanding of dependencies, enablers and business and technology capacity for quality execution.
- Provide visibility of status, quality, risks and issues, identifying critical issues and influencing senior stakeholders to make informed decisions to enable business performance.
- Provide oversight to the validation of opportunities and benefits realisation.

**Knowledge and Qualifications**:

- Experience in portfolio, program and project management and change management and/or coordinating and/or leading process improvement, business analysis and knowledge management activities.
- Strong leadership capability and the ability to lead and develop highly engaged and capable teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Extensive stakeholder management experience in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
- Commercial acumen and the ability to successfully translate business strategy into the prioritisation of initiatives and support other leaders to deliver upon strategic goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the development of board papers and reporting.
- Strong analytical ability and presentation skills.
