**The role**

The Workforce Management Solution designer will be responsible for managing the Corporate Time & Attendance Solutions across the organisation (Primarily Workforce Software and to a lesser extent MitreFinch). Working closely with individual business units to understand T&A/Rostering/Scheduling requirements to ensure the solution is fit for purpose and meeting the needs of each respective business unit.

In this role you will be responsible for:

- Providing thought leadership across internal business units surrounding the optimisation of T&A processes to extract maximum benefit from the corporate T&A systems.
- Co-ordination of platform enhancements with key business stakeholders following Agile development methodology
- Configuration of Workforce Software enhancements
- Managing Software Vendor relationships
- Build solid relationships with both corporate and field operations teams.

**Is this you?**

To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, be able to understand the needs of a wide range of stakeholders across the business and have excellent prioritisation skills. Relevant qualifications are highly desirable, as is an understanding of IT Product Development methodologies.

You will also have or be able to demonstrate:

- Significant technical experience in working with Workforce Software or SAP Time Management solutions.
- Minimum 5 yrs experience working in a configuration role across WFS Time & Attendance solution.
- Experience gained in large corporate organisations, solid understanding of Workforce Management best practice as well as IT project life cycle experience.
