**The firm**

This specialist boutique specialist family law firm focusing on complex family law matters. It is led by a down-to-earth and personable Family Law Accredited Specialist. The office is located on Elizabeth Street with plenty of amenities nearby. The firm is committed to innovative practices and attracts a desirable client base.

**The role**

You will be working full time 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with a work-from-home day a week. This fast-paced and varied role will have you:

- Meeting and greeting clients
- Answering all incoming calls
- Liaising with clients and other members of the profession
- Managing mail and diaries
- Opening and closing files
- Preparing, typing and amending documents
- Managing the upkeep of the office
- Overflow secretarial support for a team of lawyers

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years experience in a similar role in Family Law.
- Experience utilising LEAP software
- Typing skills and an eye for detail.
- Excellent work ethic, willing to go the extra mile to assist both us and our clients.
- Professional appearance and manner.
- Friendly disposition and team player.
- Communication skills and a strong client service ethic are essential.
