KDA Legal are seeking a motivated Family Law Solicitor (minimum 3 years PAE) to take ownership of their own matters and play a key role in the growth of our family law team. This is a fantastic opportunity if you're looking for autonomy, career development, and a supportive environment.

The Role

  • Full-time position (with flexible working arrangements considered).
  • Manage your own family law files and clients, with support from senior lawyers when needed.
  • Mentorship and leadership opportunities – supervise and guide junior solicitors, paralegals, and support staff.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years PAE in family law, with sound technical knowledge.
  • Strong communication skills and a practical, client-focused approach.
  • Confident in managing matters independently while contributing to a team environment.
  • Demonstrates initiative, enthusiasm, and interest in helping develop and market a growing practice.
