We're growing fast and looking for a new colleague to join as a Product Manager.

Your main responsibility will be to support our Product Engineering and Research teams with customer insights, product development prioritisation and ensuring a smooth collaboration between Xero, Planday HQ and the Planday AU teams.
- Responsibilities: _
- Champion the AU product throughout Planday & Xero, ensuring development of the product to reflect AU market requirements. Work with stakeholders to create awareness of needs/upcoming changes and articulation of pipeline and business value. This includes alignment of EU/DK to reflect AU needs.
- Drive and maintain local product roadmap, vision and strategy, based on Planday’s vision, validated business opportunities and market research
- Investigate and understand product development, constantly exploring opportunities for product improvement and optimisation by designers, developers and other stakeholders. Engage in product discovery projects focused on testing/validating new and existing features/products for AU market.
- Work closely with local Executive GM, and Director of Sales/Growth to define local needs and transfer to product development
- Own the BETA and launch aspects for product (design, JTBD, processes)
- Build expert knowledge on AU customers and provide input to the Product team on market trends, competitor insights, customer needs etc. as well as customer/market feedback
- Collaborate with relevant Planday teams to ensure strong processes globally

- Relevant qualifications or at least 5 year relevant experience
- In depth knowledge of Planday platform, value propositions and the entire product suite and understanding of how it impacts customers across markets and industries. This includes understanding product fit and limitations as well as buyer personas.
- Experience with UX research, data analysis and product discovery
- Knowledgeable on GDPR and ISO compliance
- Able to communicate and influence senior stakeholders in complex environments
- Streamline and automate processes to simplify and accelerate adoption of Planday platform
- Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to identify customer needs and provide business solutions. Able to suggest best practices in portal setup based on product and training knowledge.
- Understand and collaboratively work to improve Planday product design
- Good knowledge of all internal systems used in product, research and customer service
