We are looking for a talented, passionate hospitality professional to lead the team at Criniti's Castle Hill. A strong vibrant, enthustiastic person with great ability to manager, lead, add value to barstaff and bar area, waitstff training and implementing customer service standards.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Day to day operation of the Restaurant
- Service standards and excellence
- Recruitment, on boarding, training and development of staff
- Administration: reporting, creating rosters and reviewing cost of wages
- WH&S compliance, incident reporting and investigating
- Special Projects as required

Skills & Requirements

Required
- Valid Australian working rights
- Proven experience in a leadership role in the food and beverage industry
- RSA
- Hospitality / People Management experience (Minimum 1 years' experience)

What's on Offer

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $77,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wetherill Park NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Management: 1 year (required)
