Castle Hill Tavern is the original ‘local’ pub in the Hills District, with years of providing customers with efficient and friendly customer service. The Tav caters to all your needs with our wide range of facilities such as our Family Bistro, TAB, pool table, beer garden and our two dedicated function rooms ideal for both corporate and private events. Our weekly entertainment includes trivia, members' draws, karaoke and live entertainment with soloists playing in our beer garden. So come on down to Castle Hill Tavern and see what all the fuss is about.

**This is a brilliant opportunity to become a Venue Manager at the Castle Hill Tavern.**

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Strong customer focus with the ability to get to know our locals and what they love
- Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to inspire & develop your team to provide exceptional experiences
- Proven experience running or assisting in the running of a multifaceted venue
- Ability to use financial and business acumen coupled with operational experience to effectively deliver the venues operational targets and vision
- Strong planning, organisational and problem solving skills including working in a matrix organisation
- Relevant industry licences and accreditation
- Able to qualify to meet the state liquor licensing nominee/liquor appointee requirements
- Flexible Availability
