Coordinator - Respite / Activities (Part Time)

Are you looking for part-time role to work around school hours? Are you experienced in coordinating over 65's activities or day respite? As a not-for profit organisation, employees enjoy taking home more money in their pay. You will be responsible for the planning, coordination and management of activities programs including those held at our two day respite centres located in Brisbane. You will be able to actively engage with and build good relationships with clients and source potential clients from within our existing client database. Ideally you will have experience in CHSP or HCP programs. This is a part - time position based in the Brisbane CBD close to public transport with company cars available for travel to clients when needed. All Aged Care has been operating for 22 years as a quality approved provider of home care services. We are a multi-cultural organisation who pride ourselves on delivering services which exceed client's expectations enabling them to remain living independently in their own homes. To be successful in this role you will be organised and self-motivated with a "can do" attitude and have: - Experience as an activities or respite coordinator - Cert III in Individual Support (Ageing) - Cert IV in Leisure and Lifestyle (ideally) - Excellent communication, problem solving and organisational skills - Demonstrated ability to prioritise and multi-task - Good computer skills including with care databases, Outlook, MS Word and Excel - An ability to speak another language is highly regarded You will need to be a permanent Australian resident, have a National Police Check (or willingness to obtain), open Australian Drivers Licence. You are required to be fully vaccinated - COVID19 and Influenza. **Job Type**: Part-time Part-time hours: 25 per week **Salary**: From $30.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Salary packaging Schedule: - Monday to Friday **Education**: - Certificate I - IV (preferred) **Experience**: - Over 65's activities program: 1 year (required) Work Authorisation: - Australia (required)
