Part-time Facilities Coordinator, Brisbane Southside, ongoing contract role, $45+ super

This leading corporate organisation has a range of products that support their consumers to live a healthier life. They are a great place to work and have their main Brisbane office and site in Brisbane Southside. The role is part-time working 3 days per week.
**Your new role**
This role will be managing building and equipment maintenance schedules
- Managing contractors and work orders
- Managing equipment and supply needs for both hard and soft services
- Documenting processes, SOPS and updating records
- Supporting with any building matters
- Liaising with stakeholders internally and externally
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in facilities coordination, ideally within a corporate or industrial environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Process oriented and strong at managing multiple priorities
- Experience working with Contractors and work orders
- Strong relationship builder
