Due to growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic, kind, compassionate and experienced Volunteer Coordinator to recruit and manage our volunteers. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of our volunteer program including recruiting new volunteers, coordinating schedules, providing orientation, support and mentoring to ensure the best support to our home care (aged care) clients.

It will suit someone who is looking for a **part time role**, ideally 5 days a week from 9 to 2pm however there is flexibility around this. The position is based at our head office located in the Brisbane CBD close to public transport.

To be successful in this position you will be a kind, compassionate and caring person who is self-motivated with a "can do" attitude and have:

- Experience as a Volunteer Coordinator
- Excellent communication, problem solving and organisational skills
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and able to work with a wide range of people including those who are culturally and linguistically diverse
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Good computer skills including MS Office
- An ability to speak another language is highly regarded

You will need to be a permanent Australian resident, have a National Police Check (or willingness to obtain), open Australian Drivers Licence. You are required to be fully vaccinated - COVID19 and Influenza.
