Working with one of Australia's leading FMCG businesses. The business operates in the foodservice and retail sectors and provide a range of both branded and private label products. The business is big on innovation, sustainability, and collaboration.

**Position Overview**:
As a member of the Site Leadership Team, the Finance Business Partner will not only provide indispensable financial support and insights but also wield responsibility for the site’s financial governance and control.

**Key Responsibilities**:
The roles and responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

- Provide support to the wider business functions and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Support the site in the development of long-term strategic plans.
- Delivery of weekly, EOM, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Prep of balance sheet reconciliation.
- Internal and external audits.

**Qualifications/ Experience**:

- CA or CPA qualified.
- Experience in Supply Chain within FMCG/ Manufacturing.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree.
- Ideally 8+ years’ experience.
- Understanding of financial information system (JD/ SAP preferred).
