**About the role**:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Rostering Coordinator to join our team in Penrith.

The Rostering Coordinator will support the rostering team in effectively scheduling support staff to meet operational requirements and client support needs.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Plan, coordinate and manage staff rosters to ensure all shifts are covered and filled on time.
- Action roster changes and attend to client inquiries.
- Respond quickly to problems and handle the unexpected.
- Give clear direction and assistance to the support staff.
- Build a rapport with support staff and clients.
- Provide administration support.
- Answer incoming calls and attend to front desk inquiries.

**About you**:

- have experience in high volume rostering in the disability support or aged care sector, using a rostering software system.
- possess a compassionate, caring and supportive nature.
- have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- have strong administration and organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- possess a professional and friendly phone manner and a positive and friendly attitude.

**Essential criteria**:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check or recent National Police Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module: ‘Quality, Safety and You’ Certificate of Completion

**Salary**: From $36.00 per hour
