**About the role,**
- As an Assistant Coordinator, you will be a key point of contact for stakeholders. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively engage with educators, parents, and other community members.
- Networking opportunities abound as we have a shared Vacation Care program with other schools. This allows for excellent connections and collaboration with professionals in the sector.
- Supportive service structure consists of a Coordinator and two Assistant Coordinators, with one being the Educational Leader. You'll be supported by a team of permanent, experienced, and passionate educators, providing an excellent opportunity for collaboration and professional growth.
- We believe in the growth of our educators, and your passion for mentoring will be instrumental in their professional development. Your guidance will foster a sense of empowerment and help educators reach their full potential.
- The roster will be BSC Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6:30 am - 10 am | Tuesday and Thursday 6:30 am - 9 am | ASC Monday to Friday 2 pm - 6:30 pm.
- The service resides on the traditional land of the Darug Aboriginal people and can provide care experiences for up to 135 children. You'll have the opportunity to engage with an average of 80 children every day. The service operating hours are designed to accommodate the needs of families. Before School Care: 6:30 am-8:30 am |After School Care: 2:30 pm-6:30 pm |Vacation Care: 6:30 am-6:30 pm.

**We’re looking for**
- **Proven leadership **experience or Diploma in Children's Services (Out-of-Hours-Care), or equivalent.
- Approachable and collaborative leader who prioritises professionalism and compliance.
- Knowledge of the National Quality Framework, My Time, Our Place, and National Quality Standards, this will ensure we provide a quality service that meets regulatory requirements.
- Experience working with School age Children or in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Identify & respond to children and young people at risk **(CHCPRT001) **or willing to obtain.
- Provide first aid in a childcare setting **(HLTAID012)**_(HLTAID04 - superseded)_ or willing to obtain.
- **Requirement **Valid Paid NSW Working with Children Check **(WWCC).**:

- Covid 19 **Vaccination **_(double Vaccinated)_or approved **Medical Exemption.**
