We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Manager to join our team and ensure the seamless operation of our warehouse facilities.

As a Maintenance Manager, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained and operational, contributing to our continued success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance strategy for the warehouse facility, including preventive maintenance programs, equipment inspections, and repairs.
- Lead a team of maintenance workers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Plan and oversee maintenance projects, coordinating with internal teams to minimize disruptions to operations.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address issues promptly to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
- Manage the maintenance budget, track expenses, and recommend cost-effective solutions for repairs and upgrades.
- Collaborate with procurement to ensure the timely availability of necessary maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment maintenance logs, and inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, promoting a culture of safety among all maintenance staff.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve maintenance processes and techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Current Fork Lift License
- Trade Qualification - Mechanical or Electrical
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and regulations.
