Strathfield South, Australia Waste 360 Full time

Waste 360 is a family run and operated resource recovery centre located in Strathfield South.

We have reached a point in our journey where we are experiencing fast growth. Waste 360 are seeking casual labourers, leading into permanent positions with a great opportunity to grow within our company.

Duties will include:

- Inspecting, sorting and clearing waste materials into the appropriate storage areas.
- Constantly communicating with weighbridge operator, loader operator and customers to ensure an efficient and safe workflow for all.
- Undertake general, start-up and shutdown maintenance of facility, including ensuring roads and pathways are kept clean and clear.
- Provide direction to visitors entering Waste360 from the gate house to the appropriate locations as required.
- Assist with any or all preventive maintenance, and daily service of equipment and tools required for the job.
- Undertake other duties as directed by your Team Leader that is within the limits of skill, competence and training.

**About You**:

- Strong communication skills and a strong focus on safety
- Physically able to meet the requirements of the role
- Must have own transport and valid driver's licence
- Must be flexible to work some overtime if and when required
- Waste industry experience is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.

Pay terms.

You will be paid in accordance with the Waste Management award 2010.

You must be prepared to work from 7:00am -3:30pm Monday to Friday. Overtime and Saturday hours may also be required.

**Salary**: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour
