A leading not-for-profit organisation is seeking a
Data and Integration Engineer
to accelerate its transition to modern cloud technologies and strengthen support for its internal Engineering and Data teams.

The role will modernise system integrations, enhance the organisation's data platform, and support its internal CoPilot platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and migrate legacy system integrations into Microsoft Logic Apps and Power Apps.
  • Transition reporting workloads from legacy environments into Power BI for self-service and operational reporting.
  • Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure in Azure, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
  • Contribute to the development of the organisation's internal CoPilot platform.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Data teams to deliver solutions aligned to organisational priorities.
  • Provide knowledge transfer and capability uplift to support sustainable use of new technologies.

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience in data integration and platform engineering.
  • Strong expertise with Microsoft cloud technologies, including Logic Apps, Power Apps, Power BI, and Azure.
  • Hands-on experience with data migration, reporting workloads, and cloud infrastructure deployment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across technical and business teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to delivery.

Desirable Skills

  • Background in data and systems modernisation initiatives.
  • Experience contributing to internal platforms or tools development.
  • Familiarity with not-for-profit or service-based organisational environments.
