**Role Overview**
This role will be expected to convert opportunities from various lead sources, including marketing qualified leads, marketing response leads, and outbound activities to source your leads.

You will be working as part of a performance-driven demand generation team making outbound calls to generate and qualify leads for our world-leading technology clients.

By establishing and building relationships with potential customers, your skills and results will be consistently developing to ensure targets and KPIs are achieved.

**Experience and Skills**
Proven work experience in achieving and exceeding KPIs as an Outbound B2B Lead Generation, Inside Sales Representative, or similar role

Self-starter with a track record of successful, credible lead generation, follow-up, and sales development at multiple executive levels within an organization
Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce
Experience succeeding in goal-driven, metrics-based outbound environments
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to control conversations
Self-motivated, driven, and proactive attitude

**Job Role Responsibilities**:

- Campaign-based telephone lead generation
- Appointment Setting
- Sales Qualified Leads
- Marketing Qualified Leads
- Representing world-leading technology brands
- Sales and marketing engagement of B2B IT and Business Decision Makers

Achieving KPIs include:

- Daily lead rates (1 to 2 sales leads per day)
- Decision maker research and discovery (20 per day)
- Organisation and decision-maker records processed (70 per day)
- Calls (120 per day)

Working to Inform methodologies and standards

**Job Offer Details (Packaging)**:

- $65k per annum: $33.50 per hour (Base $29 per hour, Minimum performance bonus $4.35 per hour)
- 37.5 hours per week 9 am to 5 pm
- Superannuation
- Work from Home with Laptop provided

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: $29.00 - $33.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
