- Work location: Customer Service Centre (RCMP), Tempe NSW
- Working hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday, occasional after-hours to attend events
- Pre-employment checks: final candidate will be required to complete a pre-employment check, including a National Police Check and Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Mobility: a valid driver\'s license is required for customer visits, trade shows and other events
- Broad knowledge of the B2B market landscape, especially in SMB segments
- Strong understanding of sales processes, customer behaviours (online and offline), and market dynamics
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
- Proficiency in preparing proposals and presentations
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills – you're a natural connector
- Ability to prioritise, make decisions quickly, and follow through with impact
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to influence across teams and functions
As B2B Account Representative you'll play a key role in growing our B2B customer base. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Drive new business acquisition and direct sales through outbound engagement with small-medium business (SMB) customers
- Be the key point of contact for your customer portfolio, ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer journey
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely, high-quality solutions that meet customer needs
- Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics
- Facilitate negotiations and support contract finalisation in collaboration with legal and internal stakeholders
- Represent IKEA at trade shows and industry events, staying connected to market trends and identifying new opportunities for growth
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building
