Summary:

Seeking an Automation Tester to handle
manual and automated testing
for
SAP SuccessFactors
and
UKG Dimensions/Kronos
. The role includes
integration testing
,
UAT coordination
, and
defect tracking
to support HR, payroll, and time systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop/run test scripts using
    AVO Assure
    for SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, etc.)
  • Validate
    UKG/Kronos
    setups (shift rules, scheduling, etc.)
  • Conduct
    integration testing
    between SAP and UKG
  • Manage
    UAT
    , track defects, and communicate with HR/IT teams
  • Provide test documentation for audits

Required Skills:

  • SAP CRM testing experience
  • Manual & automation testing
  • AVO Assure or similar tools
  • UKG Dimensions/Kronos knowledge
  • Strong defect tracking

Preferred:

  • ServiceNow/JIRA, Office 365, Slack
  • ISTQB, ITIL4, or CAST certification
