**About Concierge**

Concierge is the main contact in the hotel for our guests prior to their arrival in responding to guest requests for any special arrangements or services (e.g. transportation, restaurant reservations, guest amenities, decoration for a celebration)

**A Glance at What You Will Do**
- Respond to guests' special requests and accommodate, follow up to ensure guest satisfaction
- Daily order guest amenities for upcoming arrivals to recognise guest loyalty, special occasion
- Gather, summarise, and share information to guests about the property and the surrounding area amenities, including special events and activities
- Contact appropriate individual department (e.g. B&F, Style) as necessary to take an action for a guest call, request, or problem
- Review recommendation lists daily in directory and update if necessary
- ensure that any outstanding requests from previous day actioned with priority and resolved in a daily handover
- Monitor inventory and order general office supplies
- Assist posting parcels through post office upon request from guests
