Flourish Early Learning Centres are a small privately owned group of centres. Our beautiful Oakville service is looking for a passionate Room Lead Educator. Qualifications required are Diploma or ECT. If you are thinking of enrolling in the Early Childhood Teaching Degree, our fantastic packge will **include your university course fees** as part of our policy*.

Licensed for 66 children, this purpose built centre has enjoyed fantastic feedback at our recent assessment and rating and is the child care centre of choice for families in the Oakville and surrounding areas.

Our team boasts a wonderful supportive culture exists, generating high moral and a commitment to outstanding education and care outcomes, overseen by our highly regarded Centre Director.

In addition to leading our 2-3 age group and their curriculum, the successful applicant would see themselves in a leadership role as working with the Centre Director and the other Lead Educators to achieve the objectives of the centres philosophy.

To be successful in this role you will be a passionate educator providing outstanding experiences for the children & families creating an amazing environment and learning space. You will have an eye for detail, with experience in managing and maintaining high standards for a safe and healthy environment.

The desire to develop excellent relationships with children and families is essential, as is a strong understanding of the EYLF, NQF & NQS.

The successful applicant will be friendly, outgoing and approachable individual who works well in a team but also works well autonomously. Outstanding communication skills are essential as is a professional level of presentation.

QUALIFICATIONS

A Bachelor of Education (0-8years) or WT, with a Diploma in Children's Services or 50% completion of the Bachelor of Education (0-5years) is required for this position.
