  • a Lead Educator with experience, OR
  • an educator who has experience programming and guiding other educators
  • A person who is warm and friendly
  • Someone who embraces all the fun things about teaching

  • Ensure the health and safety of all children per our Child Safe Code of Conduct

Your Qualifications? Any of the following…

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Cert III in ECEC who is working toward their Diploma
  • ECT degree

The Role

  • Plan and execute an age appropriate program incorporating spontaneous activities.
  • Provide a safe, familiar and stimulating environment for the children.
  • Guide and direct your team to deliver outstanding care and standards at all times
  • Work with your Director and Educational Leader to be the best room leader you can be
  • Develop and nurture strong and trusting relationships with families and the children
  • Enjoy being a valued member of our leadership team

Current WWC, Recognised qualifications, First Aid & resuscitation for RP's and NS, Child Protection Course and ongoing refreshers, Responsible Person duties for suitable individuals, Police Clearance for RP's and NS, We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
